why i coach this…

Hi, I’m Vicky — a holistic coach who combines IFS, nervous system-informed methods, and relational tools to guide you back to yourself. To stop repeating old patterns, build self-trust, and confidently create healthier relationships — with themselves and others.

Why?

Because I have been exactly where you are. I spent most of my life jumping from one toxic relationship into the next, no personal boundaries or communication skills in sight, chasing external validation like a junkie, completely unaware of where these patterns and poor self-belief originated and how I could change them.

When I found myself in an abusive relationship with a narcissist and I endured unspeakable things just for the very short highs of affection… I eventually realized I couldn’t go on like this. I stripped away all the layers one by one of why I formed my beliefs and patterns, worked with my inner child (IFS style) to reprogram them and eventually cultivated a strong sense of self-trust and confidence within my Self and all of my relationships.

It’s been a rollercoaster and I wish I had had someone there to give me some answers or at least show me how to find them within myself. So I went on to study all kinds of regulation and emotional awareness tools, that I have now combined into this very offer.
